Categories of Data Collected

Name, surname, email, phone and message content submitted via the contact form. Page-view metrics, session duration, device/browser information and a hashed IP summary recorded automatically during visits for security.

Use of the Data

To respond to enquiries; for pre-commercial information exchange; to improve site performance; to detect security incidents; and to fulfil legal obligations.

Third Parties

Your data is never sold, rented, or transferred for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Only our hosting, email-delivery and analytics providers — bound by data-processing agreements — may access data within strict, limited scopes.

We apply administrative and technical safeguards — TLS encryption, access controls, network security, and regular updates — to protect data from unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
