KVKK Privacy Notice
Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, this notice explains how we process your personal data, the purposes of transfer, and your rights as a data subject.
General Information
Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by BBK Holding ("the Company") as data controller, within the scope explained below. This notice fulfils our duty to inform under Article 10 of the law.
BBK Holding processes personal data lawfully, fairly and transparently. We follow data minimisation, purpose limitation and accuracy principles; data is collected only for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes.
Processing Principles
1. Data Controller
The data controller is BBK Holding. Contact: Maslak, Istanbul, Türkiye — submit requests and applications to kvkk@bbkholding.com.
2. Categories of Personal Data Processed
Identity (name, surname), contact (email, phone), message content, and technical data (hashed IP summary, browser info). Raw IP addresses are not stored; only a hashed digest is retained for security purposes.
3. Purposes of Processing
Responding to enquiries received via the contact form, pre-commercial information exchange, contract administration, fulfilment of legal obligations, and site security.
4. Legal Bases
Article 5/2 of KVKK: establishment and performance of contract, fulfilment of legal obligations, and legitimate interest. Where required, your explicit consent is obtained separately.
5. Transfer
Without your explicit consent, your data is shared only with public authorities legally entitled to receive it. Cross-border transfers occur strictly under the conditions of KVKK Article 9.
6. Retention Periods
Your data is retained for the period required by the processing purpose, subject to statutory limitation periods. At end of retention it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your Rights and How to Apply
KVKK Article 11 — Rights of the Data Subject
You have the right to know whether your data is processed; to request information; to learn the purpose and whether it is used in line with that purpose; to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred domestically or abroad; and to request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data.
Within the conditions of Article 7 you may request deletion or destruction of your data; require notification of correction, deletion or destruction to recipient third parties; object to outcomes resulting solely from automated analysis; and claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.
How to Apply
To exercise your rights, write to kvkk@bbkholding.com. Your application must clearly identify you and state your request. We respond within 30 days at the latest.

This notice is effective from 28 April 2026. It may be updated in line with regulatory changes or business processes; the current version is always published on this page.
